Party & Bullshit

Is it really an Australian summer unless you’re drinking tangy cocktails on a rooftop?

Fashion giant Glue Store is helping us welcome summer by not only filling our wardrobes with above-the-knee shorts and breezy dresses, but by throwing a few parties for the hell of it. Last night, Glue held their Summer 17 jam on the rooftop bar at Primus Hotel, a beautiful new space smack-bang in the middle of the CBD. Guests were treated to light-up fairy floss, grilled haloumi (essential) and chilled beverages as Barney Cools DJs took over the decks for the evening.

Sydney artist (and Bachelorette enthusiast) Martina Martian was also there, hand-drawing her lively graphics onto Superga sneakers for punters to take home their own personalised pairs. Celine Tam of Bondi Ink was also doing free, live piercing for those wishing to walk home with a little more sparkle, teamed with jewellery by Dear Addison.

Glue’s Summer 17 jam has us ready for the favoured season – see how it went down here:
