There was a definite dedication to costumes throughout the afternoon including a dedication to Michael Jackson’s Thriller, which was acknowledged by the DJ who dropped the pop classic in between thrash metal anthems like Master of Puppets. For those who wanted to get a little more ghoulish, there was facepainting as well as tarot card readings, with a stead stream of burgers and fried chicken flying out of the kitchen waiting to be washed down with cheap Budweisers.
