Less than a week after his explosive Sydney show and we were back for a second helping of Snoop Dogg’s ‘I Wanna Thank Me’ tour this past weekend, and to our relief, he totally lived up to the hype (second times the charm). Backed by Detroit rap group D12 and Irish hip hop outfit Versatile, the ‘Gin & Juice’ rapper was in fine form by the time he took to the stage, the crowd buzzing in anticipation.
Rattling off hits like ‘Young, Wild & Free’, ‘2 of Americaz Most Wanted’ and more, he was just as captivating and entertaining as his Sydney return. Keep in mind, he was smoking enough weed to rival Woodstock, but it seems that not even the Devil’s Lettuce can slow Snoop down.
