After a breakout year in 2016, Perth duo Slumberjack have kept the ball rolling with furious momentum, sitting firmly at the top of the Australian dance mountain.

Now housed by electronic tastemaker label Mad Decent, Slumberjack have impressed earholes by collaborating with Newcastle GOAT Daniel Johns on ‘Open Fire’ and skyrocketing talent Vera Blue on ‘Fracture,’ the latter of which stayed on high rotation for weeks on Triple J. It’s been a month since their sophomore Fracture EP landed, and now Slumberjack are about to take it on the road with a national headline tour, with all five dates selling out with conviction.

Ahead of the Fracture tour, we tagged along with Slumberjack as they performed at regional festival Groovin The Moo in Maitland. Their pulse-raising live show has been upgraded to a full sensory experience, with live elements, synths, lasers and more confetti than you can handle.
