You’ve probably heard of Tiger King. It’s this absolutely insane Netflix doco about, well, a Tiger King. Star of the show, Joe Exotic, is every bit of the character he plays in the show, currently serving a 22 year prison sentence for trying to have an animal rights activist murdered, as well as committing various acts of animal cruelty.

But Cardi B has taken a liking to Joe over the duration of the seven part doco, taking to Twitter the other day to announce she will start a GoFundMe for the controversial tiger enthusiast.

The star still proclaims his innocence even after being sentenced back in January, so much so that he recently filed a $94 million discrimination lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Interior and the U.S. Federal Wildlife Service.

Looks like the star is gonna have a bit more cash in his pocket to appeal his sentence. If he gets out surely we gotta get a Cardi joint featuring Joe Exotic. it’s the least he could do right?
