If there’s one thing celebs are known for, aside from well, being famous, it’s the extravagance with which they live their lives. From dope cars to fresh clothes and private planes, the celebrity life is one of crazy financial indulgence. Perhaps the epitome of this however is the celeb home (usually a mansion), decorated with the finest of furnishings and features that are crazy enough to make you feel just a bit broke. Thus, we thought we’d start off our Monday with a couple of celeb house tours to make us feel just a bit broke and inspire us to get that Hollywood Hills mansion (maybe not in the next couple years, but roll with me here).
Check it below.
Perhaps the most ridiculous of them all, this is the only tour where we’re not 100% sure if Zedd actually lives here. Not because he can’t afford it (we’re sure he definitely can), but because Zedd himself seems to be properly confused by his own house. But for real, Zedd’s house is the stuff dreams are made of. Featuring a Skittles machine, four ovens (for when you want to bake four cakes at the same time), built in vacuums and just a ridiculous amount of rooms and areas, it’s literally like a little spaceship that was built specifically for the EDM lord.
Wiz’s house strikes the perfect balance between bachelor pad and family home, featuring mad furnishings and rooms along with the most wholesome play room. It’s also got a killer home studio where we’re betting countless hits have been made. And if he gets bored of all of the above, he can enjoy the trampoline and pool that looks over the Hollywood hills.
Kendall Jenner’s house just exudes style and class, featuring numerous design finishes that look top of the range. She’s also got a kick ass art studio which we would happily spend our days if we could, a perfect “vibe out” area that looks just perfect for the soul.
Tommy Hilfiger’s Plaza Hotel Penthouse is everything you’d want for an iconic fashion designer. It’s got a cool black/ red colour palette that feels like a mansion from an old James Bond movie, just perfect for a Bond villain. He’s also got an amazing view of New York City and Central Park, which would be idyllic viewing while having a morning coffee or feed.
Tennis star Maria Sharapova’s Japanese-inspired home is an architect’s dream, featuring a mad open floorpan with a mix of new and vintage furnishings. Special shoutout to that mad Basquiat photo as well, which instantly lifts any house’s value by tenfold. But aside from all of the above, it has the sickest outdoor entertaining area along with a basement bowling alley, so aside from looking aesthetically pleasing, it makes for a party house of the most wholesome kind.
