George.Eats

Another beautiful morning ☀️ YES London ??????. George has started his day with this light, refreshing, tangy, ice cold immunity booster? . ?1 orange (everything but the skin) ?1 kiwi ?1 green apple ?1 cooked beet ?15g fresh ginger (about 1 tbsp) ?1 lemon ?1 1/2 tbsp flaxseed ?2 cups of ice . I think it looks like he doesn't like it ?? I asked him to show me what he was drinking. It's a concentration face rather than dislike! And the smoothie was freezing cold. He loves this ✅ …promise ✌?️ . ❗️FLAXSEED ~ omega 3 essential fatty acids ~ fibre ~ lignans . ❗️BEETROOT ~ extremely low GL (glycemic load) of 2.9 – it's converted into sugars very slowly and therefore helps keep blood sugar levels stable . . #veganbreakfast #plantbased #vegan #whatveganseat #diet #healthymeal #healthykids #kidsfood #vegankids #nourish #veganchildren #hclf #cleaneats #blw #kidsfoodideas #nourishyourkids #sw #kaleyeah #refinedsugarfree #eatclean #healthysnack #cleantreat #freefrom #smoothie #flaxseed #juice
