The series will explore the many doors of perception and ego through an alternate reality Kanye West, whose younger self will be played by Jaden Smith. Obviously.

We don’t quite know what to make of that, but pairing two of the most enigmatic characters in pop culture in typically mind-bending fashion is intriguing to say the least. Kanye and Jaden are also teaming up to executive produce the limited half-hour anthology series and being Kanye’s first foray into TV as well as a Showtime production, you already know it’s gonna snap.

As a side note, Jaden Smith has been busy of late: rolling out his eco-friendly (and arguably more hyped than Voss and Fiji combined) ‘Just Water’ brand in Australia, releasing new music, rocking his Coachella set and consistently dropping jewels on Twitter.
