They’ve also recruited the who’s who of the culinary world…

Amongst its global crackdown on password sharing and its ever-growing monopoly on the streaming world, Netflix has decided to expand into the food world, opening its very own restaurant titled Netflix Bites.

Set to open its doors on June 30 in the foodie haven of Los Angeles, the restaurant is set to bring all of the best cuisines from the platform straight to one place. Whether it be the iconic pizzas from Chef’s Table or the many elimination dishes from Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend, Netflix Bites is set to have it all come June 30th.

In accordance with the beloved food shows, the restaurant kitchen will be manned by some of the best chefs in the world, with Iron Chef and Chef’s Table alum like Curtis Stone, Dominique Crenn, Ming Tsai, Ann Kim and numerous more taking to its halls. Joining them are the top mixologists from Drink Masters in Frankie Solarik, Julie Reiner, LP O’Brien and Kate Gerwin.

It’s almost a good enough premise for a show all on its own, but it seems Netflix is keen to truly make its mark on the restaurant world. As for now it’ll only be running for a limited time, but if there’s a profit to be made, we’re guessing they’ll try to keep it running for as long as possible.
