With her Netflix documentary, Pamela, A Love Story and memoir both dropping on January 31st, Pamela Anderson has been sharing anecdotes from her extraordinary life with a range of outlets in the build up to the releases. One such story, from the memoir and published by Variety, involves legendary actor Jack Nicholson, two women, and the Playboy Mansion.
“Mr. Nicholson had two beautiful women with him,” Anderson says. “They were all giggling and kissing up against the wall, sliding all over each other… I walked by to use the mirror, bending over the sink to fix my lip gloss. Trying not to look, but I couldn’t help myself and caught his eye in the reflection.”
It’s worth pointing out at this moment two things. Firstly, Jack Nicholson’s team have not responded to these comments, and secondly, that Anderson has not named the time that this took place. So let’s try and imagine it’s a young version of the 85-year-old in this story.
Anderson then goes on to claim that it was her minor involvement – a shared glance via a mirror – that sealed the deal for Jack. “I guess that got him to the finish line because he made a funny noise, smiled and said, ‘Thanks, dear,’” she said.
She also has reminisced fondly over that night at the Mansion, describing it as “just complete freedom… It was full of artists, philanthropists, intellectuals, chivalry, beautiful women. It was really an experience.”
