Meet Samantha Sepulveda, a New York police officer who’s recently snatched headlines in Maxim, The NY Post, Daily Mail and more. While she joined the force in Long Island back in 2010, she was later invited to model for a friend’s fashion show. That’s where it all kicked off, with Sepulveda now flexing for brands across the globe and accumulating 175,000 Instagram followers in the process.
Speaking about her job, Sepulveda says that “with a female officer, their guard is lowered. There’s less aggression and the situation is defused.” And just as you’d expect, she’s run into plenty of corny “you can arrest me anytime” jokes at crime scenes. Moreover, she addressed any critics of her modelling work by saying that her photos “celebrate a woman’s body… I don’t think they’re offensive. If people find them offensive, close your eyes!”
