You haven’t seen Die Hard?!
Having shared a teaser last week, Adult Swim have today shared a full-blown trailer from the upcoming season of Rick & Morty which is due to air on September 4th. As you’d expect, the trailer is jam-packed with explosions, gadgets and Jerry being classic, sad, useless Jerry. It also incorporates Black Sabbath’s ‘Paranoid’ which nicely suits the chaotic, drunk dad feel of the trailer.
Fans will notice there isn’t a whole heap of Morty in featured, though there are a few scenes with Jerry wearing Morty’s clothes, so we can only assume there’s some sort of body (or at least costume) swap on the cards. Check out the trailer below and start working on those fan theories:
