OneWave hits the 10-year mark!

Get ready for a colourful and epic celebration of community and connection, as OneWave gears up to celebrate its 10th Birthday Fluro Friday event! On Friday, 24th March, the OneWave community will be painting Bondi Beach in fluorescent colours to raise awareness and support for mental health.

The event is a joint effort, with OneWave teaming up with local communities such as Waves of Wellness, Bondi Salties, 440 run club, and Deb Sarah to create the first human fluro wave spanning the entire length of Bondi Beach. OneWave Founder Grant Trebilco says that the aim is to “bring more colour and awareness to mental health,” by highlighting the power of community, connection, and conversations in saving lives.

Legendary coffee roasters at Will & Co are jumping on board in all their caffeinated glory to help keep the party energised. They’ll be donating a percentage of their online sales to OneWave and giving out free coffees on the big day, plus they will be donating 100% of sales from their Tasting Bar in their Bondi HQ on the Friday 24th March to OneWave.

Attendees will have the chance to participate in a 440 fluro run, enjoy saltwater therapy with the OneWave and Bondi Salties community, and join a breathwork and ice bath session with Deb Sarah. And this celebration is not just limited to Bondi Beach, as communities around the world will be taking part in a Global 24 Hour Fluro Wave for mental health. From New Zealand to Norway, people will be wearing their brightest fluorescent colors to show support and let anyone facing mental health challenges know that they are not alone.
