With Australia beginning to warm up again, as we break away from the chillier months, we’re once again reminded of how much our lives become intertwined with the ocean. It’s the time of year when beachgoing becomes the default activity for exercise, relaxation and recreation. For legendary swimwear label Seafolly it also means two other things: the launch of their Escape To Summer campaign, and the announcement of a new global ambassador.
Spearheading the campaign, which features 70’s styling and built-for-comfort fits, will be globetrotting model Gabriella Brooks. “Growing up on the beach, I’ve worn Seafolly every summer for as long as I can remember,” Brooks says. “Seafolly embodies the fun and the freedom of the Australian summer and acts as a representation of some of my happiest times. The beach and the ocean is one of my favourite places to be and holds a special sense of calm for me, so to be working with a brand who really embodies the spirit of the Australian beach culture is very special.”
