The good folks over at Brixton have just unveiled their 2016 mid-season range, and it turns out it’s perfect for the beautiful ‘winter’ we’re about to head into over here in Australia.

The collection, which includes everything from boardies, shorts, and lightweight pants to button-down shirts and henleys, is a mix of timeless solids and some flashier designs. There are your classic navy blue boardshorts, and then there are tropical pale blue boardshorts with a vibrant parrot print. Classic striped tees side by side with a wicked 1950s New York Yankee-inspired jersey throwback.

No doubt the coup de grace of the entire collection, however, is the hats. Brixton’s outdone itself this time around, bringing us everything from fedoras to newsboy-type caps to straw and felt-brimmed hats. There’s even a much-needed waxed cotton canvas bucket hat thrown into the mix, rounding out the range in style. Schoolboy Q would be proud.
