Updating American workwear with Parisian sophistication, the collection picks up where both brands left off with their last collaboration in 2013.

The collection comes as a part of A.P.C’s ongoing interaction series and features classic Carhartt WIP pieces reinterpreted by the Paris-based brand using their own fabrics. Of course, the A.P.C logo dons Carhartt WIP’s iconic ‘C’ emblem transferred over its traditional form, with distinctive co-branding at home on typically understated pieces. True to form, the capsule’s colour scheme is relatively muted, with blue, grey and khaki green offerings throughout the range. As with the brands’ previous collaborations, the t-shirts and tote bags are staple no-brainers while both jackets and a pair of cargo shorts caught our eye as standout pieces from the drop.

If you are keen to cop, the collection will be available online this Friday, 10 January via international retailers. Stay tuned to Carhartt WIP AU for any news on a local release via Instagram here or head over to Highsnobiety to peep the full range.

Side note: if you happen to visit Carhartt this Saturday, 11 January, please be advised that 100% of all sales made in-store and online will be donated directly to the Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Fund. This also applies to Supply Store and Stussy Australia. Shout out to the team at Flipside for their generosity in response to these devastating fires.
