It was almost three decades ago that the self-lacing Nike Mags graced Back to the Future Part II, and now the futuristic sneakers are a reality – but they’ll be very difficult to get your hands and feet on.

The sportswear giant has announced that Marty McFly’s footwear will become a real life sneaker, although they will be limited to 89 pairs worldwide. The only way to grab a pair is by entering an online raffle, whereby each ticket costs you $10. There is no limit to the amount of tickets you can buy, while 100% of the proceeds will be going towards the Michael J. Fox Foundation, helping to fund research for Parkinson’s disease.

The raffle will be open until October 11, while winners will be notified on October 17. So whether you’ve always wanted to live out your Back To The Future dreams, or you’re just sick of tying your shoes like a peasant, then the Nike Mag might be the sneaker you’ve been looking for. With just 89 pairs available, we’re sure that quite a few hardcore heads will be purchasing a few dozen or a few hundred tickets, so best of luck to whoever manages to cop the grail. Enter the raffle and see all of the information right here:
