If you’ve ever skipped a gym session (or laughed a little too hard), then PUMA and Modibodi have you covered. 

Sportswear company PUMA have collaborated with underwear brand Modibodi to create a new range of leak-free activewear. Designed specifically as period-proof apparel, the PUMA x Modibodi collection is the latest to drop under the brands’ collective “She Moves Us” campaign, which sees the activewear giants cater to womens exercise needs at any time of the month. 

Taking a layered approach to period protection, the underwear boasts three hi-tech material chambers, which collectively work to absorb, dry and remove the odour of any potential leaks, with additional waterproofing to ensure a patchless exercise regime. Thankfully, range is resistant to any and all spills, meaning that even if you laugh a little too hard, PUMA x Modibodi have you covered (quite literally).

As if streak-free activewear isn’t enough, the collection also promises some serious environmental benefits, with the pieces entirely replacing the need for disposable pads and tampons. Add-in the cost effectiveness of the underwear’s long-term reusability and you’ve got all the makings of an expertly-tailored hygiene product. 

As part of the launch, the brands will work with PUMA’s charity partner to donate a bundle pack of five briefs to 500 girls and women in need. The collection will be available from May in select stores or online via the PUMA and Modibodi websites.
