It seems crazy to think summer is just around the corner. We’re all yearning for those longer days filled with tropical fruits, sunset swims and the familiar squelching of sand in between your toes.

When it’s time to put the wheels back on, Native shoes are a summer essential for any day out. We decided to lace up some Natives with our friends Hannah Pererea and Carlos Walters while making the most of our day in beachside Manly. Paired with a white tank and denim cut-offs on Hannah, this is summer simplicity at its most nonchalant. The shoot also shows off the broad range of colours and styles that Native shoes come in including their prime Apollo Moc shoe, which Carlos styles ever-so subtly amidst leaf-draped concrete steps.
