Definitely welcome news…

After a quiet couple of years since his dropping two albums in 2017, Chris Stapleton has returned with the folk-inspired ‘Starting Over’, along with announcing a new album of the same name, slated for a November 13 release.

The tune is an upbeat, guitar-driven zinger that sees Stapleton yearning for a better life and shake things up a bit. The chorus ‘And it don’t matter to me/ Wherever we are is where I wanna be/ And Honey, for once in our life/ Let’s take our chances and roll the dice’ sums up the overall vibe of the track perfectly. It also features some killer harmonies in the title that add a little colourful flavouring to its arrangement.

Along with the new song & album announcement, Stapleton also announced a tour (only for America sadly) but fingers crossed he makes his way to Aus real soon. Check ‘Starting Over’ below as well as the tracklisting for the new album.
