While Die Antwoord have dismissed the break-up rumours, they’ve just announced what Pitchfork reports to be their final album, titled The Book Of Zef.

The South African duo have already revealed the lead single ‘Love Drug’ and an emoji-filled lyric video, and if this really is the way that Die Antwoord are bowing out of the recording studio, then we’re expecting it to be big. Last September, an interview with Exclaim! said that Die Antwoord would be breaking up after this album’s release, with Yolandi taking to Instagram to claim that the journalist had quoted them out of context.

Along with the album announcement, Die Antwoord have revealed their plans for a world tour – including one very special show with Gucci Mane! Talk about a blockbuster line-up. The dates revealed thus far will take the band across Europe and the Americas from May to September, and we’re hoping for some Australian action to be included.

The group last visited Australia for a one-off show at Origin NYE in Perth in 2016, as well as a bigger festival run at Future Music Festival in 2015. Keep your fingers crossed, or head to one of the gigs below:
