The news comes via the Doggfather himself Snoop Dogg, who said on the Rolling Stone Music Now podcast “I do know he’s in the studio. I do know he’s making great f—ing music.

“And some of his music is connected to the GTA game that’s coming out. So I think that that will be the way that his music will be released, through the GTA video game.”

Definitely welcome news for fans of the notorious games, but no doubt those who are still waiting for the arrival of Detox will be feeling just a bit slighted by the update.
