Summer Bright Lager’s Summer Sessions tour is kicking on this weekend, hitting Sydney and Coolangatta for more very nice, very free gigs.

We already know that indie talents Middle Kids & Cub Sport will be co-headlining the remaining four dates, and with each date having a localised support act, Sydney has struck gold with local long-haired heroes, Wild Honey. We premiered their single ‘Break Free‘ back in July, and with their debut album In Your Head arriving on November 3, they’re definitely one to watch in the coming months.

Ahead of this weekend’s Summer Sessions gig at Bucket List on Saturday, we caught up with Wild Honey to discuss their forthcoming album, the city’s most underrated bands and some of Bondi’s best kept secrets in the video below:
