We’re sure that a lot of you are still recovering from Coachella, but this October another mammoth lineup will be hitting the Valley – and when we say it’s large, we really do fucking mean it this time.

Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, The Who, Neil Young and Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters will be uniting for a gig at the Empire Polo Field in Indio, California. The rock gods will be watching over the gig from October 7-9, with tickets ranging from $199 to $1599 – and we’re sure that there will be plenty of old-timers and younger fans willing to fork out the cash for this once in a lifetime event.

Each day will be capped at around 75,000 tickets, and the timetable is looking a little something like this: Bob Dylan and The Rolling Stones will open things up on October 7, while Neil Young & Paul McCartney will take the stage on October 8, and the event will close with Roger Waters and The Who on October 9. And no, this won’t be a half-baked ‘festival’ set – all acts will be bringing their full performances with all concert production.

Paul Tollett, President of promoters Goldenvoice, said that the event has been in the works for 10 months. “I spent probably two months just thinking about which six acts. I think these six are pretty special… I thought it would be fun to do a very focused rock ’n’ roll show. At Coachella and so many of our events, we have a wide variety from indie rock to pop to hip-hop to EDM. I wanted to focus this on guitar, bass and drums rock ’n’ roll,” he said.

General Admission and seated tickets go on sale in five days, with RV and camping options also available. Find all your ticketing information right here and just take a minute to sit down and wrap your head around how large this gig is.
