Earlier this year, it was announced that Die Antwoord would be heading to Australia to perform over NYE, and fans waited with baited breath for the full tour to be announced.

Now, Perth mega-festival Origin NYE has announced that their event at Claremont Showgrounds will be the only place you can catch the South African duo this December. It’s just the latest exclusive for Origin, who have already nabbed singilar Australian shows from ASAP Rocky and Pendulum, who will be performing a DJ set together for the first time in several years.

On top of that, the bill is still growing: Command Q, Novelist and Tha Trickaz have just joined the Origin NYE bill. It seems like the West Coast is really stepping it up, curating a lineup that we Sydneysiders are extremely jealous of – but Origin are also offering discount flights from Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide for the event.
