It’s the day of the year that sees thousands of Aussies take to the backyard for a few beers with a some mates, as the nations favourite youth radio station blaring in the background. Taking place on the 27th of January this year, the triple j Hottest 100 is undoubtedly the jewel in the broadcaster’s crown, with people all over the country tuning in to find out what was the most loved track of the year.
