Kilter’s spent a significant chunk of 2017 touring overseas, and now he gives us more international flavour in his video for ‘I Hear You,’ and you can get your first watch right here.

‘I Hear You’ is the closing track from Kilter’s debut album Through The Distortion which dropped earlier this month, providing a stellar finish to his full-bodied slice of melodic electronica. The producer and multi-instrumentalist has now primed the track as the project’s next single, delivering a video which takes us into Hong Kong’s awe-inspiring landscapes, from bustling neon-drenched streets to pastel basketball courts.

Numerous Hong Kong babes act as tour guides for the video directed by local fashion collective Fling Fling, which goes a long way in explaining the head-turning, goth-infused outfits worn by the protagonists. With soaring vocals and a little instrumental grunt, ‘I Hear You’ gives us a whirlwind look at the Asian destination that has us itching to explore Kowloon, Causeway Bay and everywhere in between.

“After hearing the song by Kilter and currently travelling around, I knew it’d match up perfectly with Hong Kong. It’s a fast paced, bright and transient city. The idea behind the video is the Yin & Yang of Hong Kong, when you’re on your own in a foreign place you take the good with the bad. And have to let experiences unfold with people that come and go,” Andrew Morgan of Fling Fling says.

Kilter is currently touring Through The Distortion with his own headline shows, culminating in a huge gig at Splendour In The Grass. Watch ‘I Hear You’ below, and grab tickets to Kilter’s current tour right here:
