A few weeks ago, we had a little work trip to West Sydney for FOMO Festival, where we witnessed Flosstradamus, JME, Metro Boomin, Goldlink and many more on a single bloody stage.

It was a very nice time. Also making his Australian debut at the festival was none other than 19-year-old Desiigner. Since his chart-topping debut single ‘Panda’ and co-signs from Kanye West, Desiigner has won fans all over the world with his infectious charisma, nonsensical ad-libs and enthusiasm for anything and everything. Just watch this endlessly entertaining video of him being fuckin’ stoked at the aquarium for the evidence.

When Desiigner strolls through to our makeshift studio a FOMO, he’s wearing Gucci slides, socks and a shiny royal blue Adidas outfit. Powerful. After we take some photographs, he jumps in for a 90 second interview which resulted in some of the most memorable banter in my 26 years of being alive on Planet Earth:
