In today’s edition of ‘News You Never Really Expected To Hear’, it has been revealed that Jennifer Lopez – and her stunning Versace dress at the Grammy’s in 2000 – are responsible for the creation of Google Images.

Yes, that’s right – this crucial development of the Internet is all thanks to a few thousand bros who wanted to see more shots of J.Lo’s cleavage. Google executive Eric Schmidt has revealed the enormous accolade for the R&B queen, saying that “When Google was launched, people were amazed that they were able to find out about almost anything by typing just a few words into a computer.”

Soon enough, people wanted to find more than text – they wanted pictures, too. “This first became apparent after the 2000 Grammy Awards, where Jennifer Lopez wore a green dress that, well, caught the world’s attention,” he continued.

The demand was so high that Schmidt said “At the time, it was the most popular search query we had ever seen. But we had no surefire way of getting users exactly what they wanted: J Lo wearing that dress. Google Image Search was born.”

Wow. Is there anything that J.Lo can’t do? Thankyou for wearing that Versace dress and looking so great, and also, thankyou for this song which is definitely one of the all time greats:
