Get ready to dive into the darkly comedic world of High Desert, the latest offering from Apple TV+.

Starring Oscar-winning actress Patricia Arquette (True Romance, Boyhood, Lost Highway, Medium), the show follows the story of a troubled drug addict/dealer who decides to become a private investigator following the death of her mother.

After convincing a local private investigator (played by Brad Garrett) to hire her, the pair are drawn into a maze of unlikely machinations unfolding just below the surface of the dusty Yucca Valley.

Arquette is set to executive produce the series alongside Ben Stiller, having already collaborated on the 2018 miniseries, Escape at Dannemora, along with Apple TV’s Severance. Directed by Jay Roach and created by Nancy Fichman, Katie Ford and Jennifer Hoppe, High Desert also features an all-star cast including Matt Dillon, Rupert Friend, Weruche Opia, Bernadette Peters and more.
