Yeah, we already had a big fanboy session over Ronda Rousey after she knocked out Bethe Correira in 34 seconds, but seeing as the UFC champion is currently in Australia, it’s perfect timing to join the star as she revisits her famous Sports Illustrated shoot.

In an interview with SI, Rousey says that she felt the ‘sex symbol’ tag was more like ‘a role for a day’.

“My roommate Marina just made these amazing Paleo brownies and I just took some down. So I really don’t feel like a swimsuit sex symbol right now. I feel like someone who’s full of a brownie that has zucchini in it but is somehow still delicious,” she said.

She also nominated fellow cage fighter Paige VanZant as a possible candidate for Sports Illustrated. “She just won her fight the other day and she’s done a fair amount of modeling before. I think she’d rock it,” she said.

Rousey is currently in Australia to promote her UFC 193 title fight against Holly Holm. Tonight, she’ll be warming up by wrestling television personality Erin Molan on The Footy Show for the Starlight Foundation. Tune into Channel 9 to hopefully see an armbar or two.
