With Christmas just four days away, The Meeting Tree have now given us their ultimate guide to gifting to make your family and friends hate you just a little bit less.
Comprised of Australian hip-hop luminaries Joyride & Raph Lauren, The Meeting Tree exploded onto the scene in 2015 with their debut release ‘R U A Cop’ earning an ARIA nomination for ‘Best Urban Album’ despite being an EP. In what must be the greatest injustice in the history of Planet Earth, they didn’t take home the trophy but still managed to steal the show after Joyride told Chet Faker to suck his genitals. Importantly, they also spent a day with Life Without Andy to pose on cars and eat baked cauliflower.
Not content with one ridiculously-titled EP for the year, The Meeting Tree recently dropped another one titled ‘Life Is Long: Slow Down‘. The soothing lead single ‘I Pay My Tax (I Hate Myself)’ is pretty grouse and also comes with the hottest video since ‘R U A Cop’.
