Another trailer has emerged from the upcoming N.W.A biopic Straight Outta Compton – and in true West Coast style, it features palm trees, cadillacs and a full-scale riot with police.
The film, which documents the world’s most dangerous group, is set to hit theatres on August 14 – and it looks like it will do N.W.A. justice by exploring the soaring highs and plummeting lows they experienced throughout gangster rap’s crucial years.
The latest trailer gives us an extensive 2.5 minute look into the film, with a heavy emphasis on the group’s battles with law enforcement – one aspect which finds great relevance to the racial issues currently being experienced in America today.
