James Harden is really in the thick of it with the NBA, his ongoing trade saga reaching new heights as the former MVP has found himself in hot water for his latest slip up. If you’re not familiar with the whole debacle, basically a video is circulating of Harden at what appears to be a strip club without a mask, which goes directly against the NBA COVID-19 guidelines which states that players can’t go to bars, lounges, clubs or social events with more than 15 people. Even though Harden has already had COVID and presumably has an immunity to it, the protocols are pretty airtight, and thus he’s now in the shit.
However, Harden has since come out and stressed that it wasn’t strip club, but rather he was supporting his mate at an event, stating in a now-deleted Instagram post that he was showing “love to my homegirl at her event … because she is becoming a boss and putting her people in position of success and now it’s a problem.”
“Everyday it’s something different. No matter how many times people try to drag my name under you can’t. The real always end on top.”

Regardless of whether it was a strip club or not, Harden’s broken the rules either way, and no doubt this is gonna be a huge headache for the Rockets. And with Harden making it clear he doesn’t want to play for them anymore, we’re guessing it’s just a matter of time before the two part ways. Check out the video of Harden at (not a strip club) below.
