URBNSURF will be hosting the world-first event on Saturday 27th August, 2022.

Having previously linked EDM fans and surfing fans under one umbrella, URBNSURF have today announced that they’re taking things to the next level, incorporating snowboarding into their delightful concoction of action sports and magical musical moments.

The Boost Mobile Winter Jam, presented by YETI, will see a live version of Season 3 of the Rivals series in the lagoon, while Australia’s best snowboarders battle it out in a winner-takes-all rail jam just metres away. On the musical front, Set Mo will be closing out their Something to Dream of Winter Tour with what will be an undoubtedly powerful set, with firestarter Dena Amy in support.

“We are so excited to bring together the Australian board riding and music communities to celebrate a key seasonal change here at URBNSURF”, URBNSURF CEO Damon Tudor says “There’s such a strong cross over between Australia’s surf and snow cultures and with amazing music thrown in the mix, it really will be the must attend event of the winter. We are so lucky that our event partners have got behind the vision and we are excited to see the event come to life”. Tudor added.

“URBNSURF is such an innovative facility and will provide a unique experience for fans and let some of the world’s best athletes put on a great show,” Boost Mobile General Manager, Jason Hayes says. “Boost Mobile is proud to be a part of the event and has been a big supporter of action sports, surfing, snowboarding and music for over 20 years, so it is right up our alley.”
