Jack Fardell chats the unlikely link between golf and skateboarding.

For anyone who’s dipped their toes in the skate world Aussie-born, New York-based skater Jack Fardell needs no introduction. For those of you whose toes are bone dry, here’s a one-second run down: born in Queanbeyan, he first appeared at the X Games aged 11, moved to the States, has graced to covers of TWS and Thrasher, currently skating for adidas, and recently coached Kieran Woolley in the Olympics.

On top of travelling the world, helping to put Australian skateboarding on the map, Fardell is a fucking keen golfer. So much so that he recently founded Walker Golf Things, the golf clothing and apparel company that is flipping the script on the sport’s aesthetic baggage, and making clobber that is rooted in golf but bleeds into the skate and fashion spheres.
