Having already signed one of the biggest NFT collectives to his roster in 2021, Guy Oseary seems to have no plans of slowing down…

The famed entertainment manager, who reps U2, Madonna, Ashton Kutcher and Red Hot Chili Peppers has just taken to Twitter to announce his latest signing: NFT project World of Women. Oseary and his company Maverick will represent WoW in partnership with DCA cofounders Aaron Berndtson and Eben Smith.

For a little backstory on WoW, the NFT was created by Yam Karkai and launched in July 2021 as a drop of 10,000 unique “1-of-1” NFTs focused on diversity, inclusion and equality, and has already generated over $150 million USD over a five-month period. Similar to the Bored Ape Yacht Club, WoW is sold on the Ethereum blockchain and owners will now be awarded 100% ownership and IP rights.

The new signing will afford WoW opportunities in film, television, music, gaming and consumer products, in addition to licensing pacts. It’s a pretty sweet deal for the NFT collective, and judging by Oseary’s other clients , they’re in good hands.

“I could not be more excited to start 2022 with this new chapter. The World of Women team is thrilled to be working with Guy Oseary — his expertise is truly generational, and we cannot imagine a better partner to help maximise the project’s potential and achieve our goals.” WoW creator Yam Karkai said of the signing.  Oseary added, “Even though NFT’s have become a multi-billion dollar business in 2021 for the artist community, females were a mere five percent of that,” added Oseary. “Yam and the World of Women team are leading the way to change that narrative.”

Exciting times for WoW no doubt. Get familiar with some of the celeb owners of the NFTs below and keep your eyes peeled for their next move.
