With weather warming up and the swells of La Niña finally in the rear view, homegrown beachwear mainstay, Something Very Special, is getting in early ahead of beach session, today welcoming the arrival of the Something Very Geo 2.0 collection.
Making for the 12th outing from the Byron-born imprint since their debut in December 2021, and marks a full circle moment as the iconic Geo print from 2022 gets a complete makeover, in what’s a total invigoration of the Something Very Special best-seller. Titled the ‘Very Geo 2.0’, the new print features splashes of green blue, red and yellow in a variety of dresses and shirts, along with a shirt dress that we already know will be a constant purchase amongst beach loving girls around the nation. Tying the mini collection together is the brand’s signature track pants with geo tape down the leg in five distinct colours. It’s a total overhaul of the OG print, yet it feels like a natural progression of the beloved design.
Along with the Something Very Geo, Something Very Special are getting their Barbie on with an array of track shorts and matching track jackets in a lush pale pink. It’s a timely and versatile offering from the beach-dwelling label, and as perfectly shown below, it fits perfectly with the ‘Very Geo’ (the amount of steeze it takes to pull of green and pink CANNOT be overstated).
It’s a slam dunk of a range that adds to the ever-growing excitement for summer. Check out some more pieces from the collection below (short in the picturesque Penny Lange in Canggu, Bali) and be sure to shop it here.
