Last night we gave the Sherrin the boot in favour of the American football at Culture Kings.

NFL season is upon us. And for those who follow it in this hemisphere, it means the occasional game getting streamed in a window on your computer, or cheeky scorechecks when the boss isn’t looking. We know the score.

Last night, for once, the NFL came to us, with Culture Kings linking up with the NFL and Crocs for a VIP party at their Melbourne flagship store that was an absolute belter.

The Russell Street store was turned into a game-day hub, with Hannah Orval, Marc Peard, Godsway Williams, Kily Safari, San Francisco 49ers DJ Ryan Dillard, and Gogglebox favourites Adam Densten and Symon Lovett all getting amongst it.

The celebrations don’t stop there either. A giant 49ers helmet has landed in-store, there’s a new 49ers-inspired mural in Hosier Lane, plus New Era cap customisation and an NFL claw machine packed with exclusive merch.
