The unheard tapes offer glimpses into the mind of the murderer.

For lovers of true crime, the story of Ted Bundy and his 30+ victims and their often brutal demise is a fairly well known tale. The charming, blue-eyed killer has undoubtedly become a favourite (if not a staple) for true crime podcasts and documentaries, though none offer the apparent insight into Bundy like Conversations With A Serial Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes claims to.

The four-part series which is directed by Joe Berlinger features recordings made by Bundy from prison wherein the killer, who died in 1989 by electric chair, theorizes about the potential murderer without ever incriminating himself. From the trailer we can also see that they will look at Bundy’s two escape attempts, during one of which he murdered three victims and attacked others.
