The Northern rivers lads deliver another gem.

What happens when three musicians, an alpaca and a lizard walk into a bar? There’s got to be a joke in there right? Well, fuck…. Anyways, slacker-rock trio Skegss have backed up their sold-out black tie events with a video that sees them do exactly that: take over a bar with a bunch of animals (no, that was not a reference to the locals).

Directed by Kai Neville, the clip is light-hearted, sunny and very cute, which fits the uplifting sentiments of the track nicely. “When I’m occupied I don’t have to think to breathe / As long as I’m making better memories / Cos these things last as far as I can see” frontman Benny Reed ponders in the song’s chorus, backed by jangly guitars and the group’s ever-reliable rhythm section made up of bassist Toby Cregan and Johnny Laneway.
