More than a year after Terry Richardson released a video of Kate Upton dancing to ‘Cat Daddy’, dearest Upton has struck back saying she didn’t consent to the release of the video – an allegation that could potentially have serious repercussions if Kate ever made a big deal about it.
Luckily for uncle-Terry, Upton has been a champ & played the whole thing super chill. She remarked how directly following the video’s release she was quite livid with old mate Richardson, but also how her grudge soon cooled off.
Personally we side with her, because ultimately he profited from the video, not her, which is kinda shitty considering she is the one dancing oh so well in that tiny little bikini. That and it’s not super cool to put personal videos of people online that they didn’t give you the ok for.
Anyway all drama aside, the lesson to be taken from this is: Don’t exploit girls who are letting you video them dancing in swimsuits, you’ll end up looking like a sexual predator and probably won’t be allowed to video them in the future, which in Terry’s case is a huge bummer, cause Kate’s a 10 and he’s a borderline 2.
