After taking a short, mid-season hiatus from October 17, Rick and Morty is gearing up for the return of Season 6, part 2…

In anticipation of the final four episodes, due out later this month, Adult Swim has dropped an official teaser trailer. The short clip reveals the return of therapist Dr Wong, a fan-favourite character who was originally introduced to the show in Season 3’s iconic ‘Pickle Rick’ episode when she was tasked with therapising the entire Smith family following Beth and Jerry’s divorce. 

As well as Rick returning to therapy, other notable moments from the trailer include Rick asking: “Who would have thought giving the Amish nukes would threaten the solar system?” and Morty’s maths teacher, Mr Goldenfold, being ray-gunned into a fly.

“It’s season six and Rick and Morty are back! Pick up where we left them, worse for wear and down on their luck,” the official synopsis for the final four episodes describes.

“Will they manage to bounce back for more adventures? Or will they get swept up in an ocean of piss! Who knows?! Piss! Family! Intrigue! A bunch of dinosaurs! More piss! Another can’t miss season of your favorite show.”

Rick and Morty Season 6 returns on November 20 to Hulu, Adult Swim, HBO Max and more. Check out the trailer below.
