Planning on a European summer? Let Uber Boat be your captain.

Cars are old news! It’s all about boats now, and Uber has its finger on the pulse. No, Uber *is* the pulse. And they’ve decided that it’s high time its loyal customers should be able to use their Uber app to book a goddamn boat. So, ask and you bet they shall delivereth.

Uber Boat will be launching in none other than Mykonos, arguably Greece’s most popular island (although it’s not a competition), right in time for European Summer. Popping up alongside your other regular travel options in the Uber app, Uber Boat will enable up to eight people to cruise around the island of Mykonos to various destinations of their choosing.

While Mykonos is the first supported location in Greece, Uber Boat may set up shop in other destinations in the future. If you want to get pedantic about it, technically Uber Boat already operates in London along the Thames, but that’s a commuter ferry service for the masses, unlike this new service which is a private charter worthy of P. Diddy.

So, if you find yourself in Mykonos this summer, don’t forget to pack your sailing hat because you’ll be anchors aweigh (and likely three sheets to the wind) before you know it.
