With Ronda Rousey taking a break from the Octagon after losing the bantamweight belt to Holly Holm in our own backyard, her extra-cirricular activities have stepped up a notch – and her latest spotlight-stealing venture sees her cover Sports Illustrated.

As one of three cover girls for the magazine’s latest issue, Rousey was always going to up the ante – and she’s done so by donning a painted on ‘swimsuit’ that took 14 hours to complete. In the BTS video below, you can see the artful masterpiece being applied to Rousey, as well as the former champion rolling around in the water at the beach. Everybody wins!

While Rousey’s rematch with Holm is scheduled for later this year, we’re sure that there are no complaints with a little fun editorial to hold us over in the meantime. Watch the steamy footage below:
