Following months of collabs between homegrown marketing agency No Standing and local NFT project, Salty Pirate Crew, the two staples have teamed up to introduce Aussie seltzer brand, Hard FIZZ, into the metaverse, with limited edition flavour ‘Salty Pirate Fizz Punch’.
Backed by influential figures like producers What So Not, Dom Dolla and Tigerlily, as well as celeb chef Hayden Quinn, the popular NFT project has garnered critical acclaim since it released its first collection in February, most notably selling out 3000 NFTs in just two hours. Similarly, Hard FIZZ has become one of Australia’s leading seltzer brands, becoming highly embedded in the local music scene and being responsible for some of the biggest parties over the past year.

In accordance with past collabs between the two companies, there’s additional perks available for consumers, with a special Golden Can available in every tenth carton of the product. Those lucky enough to find one will be rewarded with a “Metaverse Key” NFT, giving the right to exclusive access to special events and benefits within the Salty Pirate Crew ecosystem.
It’s no doubt a solid team up, and is an exciting precursor to the virtual concert space the two have been developing together: The Pirateverse.
