Ron Boyd’s appreciation of the female form is infectious.

Picking up his first camera, a Canon 7D, from a pawn shop back in summer 2014, LA-based photographer Ron Boyd’s talent clearly developed quickly. Fast forward five years and he’s worked for clients such as Samsung, Brixton, Facebook, Reformation and many more, and built up an impressive portfolio along the way.

Unsurprisingly he has a passion for working with “real” light. “My favorite things to shoot are women and anything in natural light. There’s a beauty in how the light touches subjects. A variety of different depths that can’t be replicated in the studio,” the 26-year-old says.
