The stuntman revealed plans for the procedure while promoting his new self-help book, ironically enough…

Steve-O has announced plans to satisfy his “midlife crisis on steroids” by getting a boob job. The Jackass star spoke with The Guardian for an interview yesterday, during which he discussed how his “overdeveloped need for attention” has encouraged him to undergo many procedures, including a tattoo of a penis on his forehead. 

“When you get old, people don’t want to see you. So if you have this overdeveloped need for attention, then the idea of people no longer looking at you is scary,” Steve-O said. The stuntman went on to explain how, as he approaches 50, he intends to augment his body as an “instrument…for attention,” which spurred him towards a boob job. 

“[The boob job] came from me being legitimately horrified to look in the mirror and discover that not only am I developing man tits but I literally have underboob too….Like, if I’m going to be forced to have titties then god damn it they’re going to be DDs,” he said. While that admission alone would qualify as one of Steve-O’s wildest stunts, he elsewhere revealed that a penis tattoo would likewise detract from his ageing face.

“The penis tattoo follows a similar line of thinking. I feel compelled to draw attention away from the increasing wrinkling going on around my eyes,” he said, “clearly, a big dick on my forehead is all anybody’s going to be able to see, so it’ll keep me young.” Ironically, Steve-O’s advice comes as he promotes his new self-help book, Hard Kick in the Nuts: What I’ve Learned from a Lifetime of Terrible Decisions.
